My Price

The magazine which I did my liiar analysis on costs £4.00, it is a monthly magazine with 67 pages in total, the cost of subscription depends on how long the subscription is for and where you live. After asking my audience how much they would be willing to pay they stated £2:50-£2:75, I have decided I will charge £3 for my magazine as now many weekly magazines cost about £2.50 therefore I am only increasing the amount by 50p but with more content than a weekly magazine.

Magazine name - exploring visual possibilities

These are the possible font styles I may use, I know I am not going to use the top right font as it doesn't look like a country music font. I think I may use the bottom left font or the font above it. I may use either light blue or brown for my text.

Also, I have called it Natural as it is generally just a person singing with a guitar and their voice is not genereally autotuned.

My audience research data

These are the demographic questions I asked on my survey:

By asking the above questions I discovered the target audience of my magazine, however, there is some bias within this survey as I only asked people I knew, therefore these results may not be accurate as most people I know are in my age range.

These are the Psychographic questions I asked:

I asked the favourite country artist to establish who would be in my features to ensure I appealed to my target audience by including artists which they liked.

I asked this to determine the plug that I could use for my magazine, a problem with this question was that it was misinterpreted therefore I could have asked it in a different way such as "How do you buy/listen to music?"

This was so I could determine whether or not I would make my magazine available online or not and include a web address for an online magazine on my physical cover.

This was so I could determine how much my magazine should cost and how much my target audience would be willing to pay.

I asked this so I could know the signs and signifiers my audience would expect to represent the country genre, this was similar to what I had found previously when doing my country genre mood board.

I asked this to see which name my audience thought would be most appropriate or would attract their eye more.
